The most awaited FOOD AND HOTEL EXPO MANILA (FHEM) 2020 is now back on its second year, showcasing a variety food and beverages related products in SMX CONVENTION CENTER MANILA, this coming February 21, 22, and 23, 2020. From 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Food and Hotel Expo Manila 2020 aims to showcase different Filipino cuisine from the North and South of the Philippines, which falls under the theme “Rediscovering the Flavours North and South Culinary Fusion”.
The event also delivers unparalleled access to business networking opportunities where the industry players can come together, interact and share their views for promoting and strengthening the food, beverage and hotel sector locally and globally.
The food and hotel service industry in the Philippines continues to expand as more and more shopping malls and new hotels are being opened throughout the country.
The influx of foreign-branded restaurants coupled with the growing affluence of Filipino consumers has also contributed to the growth of the HRI sector. This growth in the food service industry provides greater opportunities for exports of U.S. food and beverage products to the Philippines.
Food and Hotel Expo Manila 2020 highlights enjoyable activities such as the Culinary Master Class that features live cooking demo of celebrity culinary chefs, a live cooking competition that is open to home-cooks and culinary students, and of course a video competition which will showcase the beauty and importance of different native Filipino delicacies.
Moreover, the event convenes a distinguished topics from a set of speakers, invited celebrity culinary chefs, trainers, assessors and panelists who will shed light in the opportunities and challenges of the food & hotel industry while showcasing the latest food services, equipment and technologies available as far as F&B sector is concerned.
The Food and Hotel Expo Manila will open from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm.
The entrance ticket is 80 PHP only, or 50 PHP for those who register online.
