Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Education Specialist. As an Overseas Education Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to students seeking education opportunities abroad. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with students and their families, conducting research on universities and programs, assisting with the application process, providing training to counselors, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Training experience
- Ability to conduct research and gather information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in advising students on overseas education opportunities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
