What is RANGGO Rank?

RANGGO RANK provides a space for recognition of the frontline workers who serve the guests and customers of the Hospitality, Tourism and Services industry.

Whilst there are numerous Review and Rating sites for businesses, such as Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google Reviews there are none that are specific to the employees of these industries. We felt that employees should get their own dedicated review or ranking platform.

The ability to review employees was one of the first features we talked about when mapping out the RANGGO App and – we believe – it is the first of its kind.

It’s always great when guests or customers give a special mention of an employee in a business review.  Particularly employees who served them well or contributed to a memorable hotel stay, meal out or tour.  But Feedback and Review tools typically focus on a business and how it performs overall, rather than individuals.

With RANGGO people can review the business – AND they can separately review the people who work at that business.

We strongly believe that RANGGO Rank will play a significant role in improving Service Standards and Customer Service, and will serve to:-

  • Boost morale among the hospitality and services employees
  • Encourage greater personal focus by employees on raising service standards, especially when there are RANGGO RANK Awards and Rewards to be won.
  • Help Businesses identify and celebrate their best employees
  • Help Businesses to promote and utilize the skills of their best employees, as mentors and leaders

Why use the RANGGO Rank Feature?

RANGGO Rank allows peers, colleagues, employers past and present, and customers and guests to leave feedback.  This is done by scanning the employee’s QR Code or by searching for them by name in the App.

It is the same process for reviewing a business too!

10 points are awarded each time a person leaves a review for a business or individual.  The points can be used to elevate a RANGGO account to a Premium Account which will unlock exclusive Loyalty Deals. Or to access one-off Premium Deals and Offers. The points can also be used by employees to access items in the RANGGO Resources section of the App.

How to use RANGGO Rank:

The quickest way to RANGGO Rank a person – or business – is to scan their RANGGO QR Code.  This will automatically open to the Feedback page (see Step 4 below).
