Responsibilities
- Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property tours and present properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs
- Negotiate property sales and lease agreements, ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare and present detailed sales and leasing proposals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values and industry developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients throughout the transaction process
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business. Real Estate, Marketing, or a related disci[line
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales of property consultancy.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property management practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client’s and priorities
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently and adapts to changing situation’s;
