Job Description
- Project Managers (PMs) are responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these are on time on budget, and within scope.
- A project manager is a professional who leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan.
- The project plan thoroughly explains how the project will be executed and includes a budget, time line, schedule, roles and responsibilities among other things.
- Supervising field staff, helping to develop strategies to improve operations, conducting quality controls and analyzing data.
