Check-in/Departure Gate:
- Prepares all check-in supplies and materials needed for the flight.
- Ensure that stanchions are setup properly prior to opening of counters.
- Directs guest to the next step at the counter.
- Performs replenishment of KIOSK supplies, reports any inoperative unit to the supervisor for appropriate handling.
- Guides the passengers using the KIOSK.
- Checks all baggage at the conveyor and segregate baggage tagged as LRT.
- Assist guests in loading their baggage at the conveyor as needed.
- Collect LRT baggage at the staging area and place it inside the cage for Security to check prior locking of the cage.
- Ensures that all collected LRT baggage are loaded on its respective flights especially for the last-minute check in.
- Brings down the LRT cage at BBA area to x-ray all LRT baggage for segregation.
- Collects baggage tray at BBA and brought up at the counter.
- Collects offloaded baggage from BBA and endorses to the security counter for release.
- Assists passengers in the event of flight disruption.
- Assistance in the boarding gate – Sweepers, Queue Management, Baggage Interception, Releasing of Busses)
Wheelchair (Departure/Arrival)
- Provides special handling assistance (Wheelchair guest, UM, PRM, EXMO and First Time Travelers, etc.) throughout the airport.
- Provide proper endorsement to the CSA at the gate for proper handling of guest when boarding.
- Transport passengers utilizing a wheelchair safely to and from the aircraft.
- Assist special handling guests in carrying their baggage.
- Monitor departing/arriving flights for all pre advised special handling guests.
- Ensures to be at the gate/bay when -10 BSTA to meet guests requiring special assistance at the arrival bay.
Arrival
- Assist arrival agents in checking the arrival area prior to arrival of flights.
- Meets the international arriving flight and provide signal to open cabin door.
- Retrieve arrival documents from the Cabin Crew.
- Lead the first few passengers to the Arrival Area.
- Assist arrival agent to secure first and last baggage timings.
- Collects crew bag from the carousel and secures it at the staging area for the crew to collect.
- Assist arrival agent to collect unclaimed baggage from the carousel.
- Bring unclaimed baggage to IBR and/or storage area.
- Jack wraps all baggage for delivery.
- Assist with baggage delivery for pickup of delivery courier of 5J at Bay1 for collection.
- Ensure proper stocking of baggage at IBR and Domestic storage area.
- Assist with the baggage disposal activity every month.
- Arrival assistance – Answering baggage queries from passengers.
- Collect baggage of international to domestic guest baggage after clearing with Customs for transfer to their domestic flight.
- Manually transfer transit baggage from arrival area to BBA for flight segregation and loading to their respective flight.
- Direct guests with domestic connection to proceed at the gate.
- Dispatch shuttle service for guests with Cebgo connection for their immediate transfer.
Document Agent
- Coordinates with OCC for updated General Declaration (GENDEC).
- Routes the GENDEC to Customs Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) office prior departure.
- Distribute the document to CIQ for arriving international flights.
- Segregating and directing passengers to the correct processing area.
- Assist in distributing snack box/meals to disrupted guests.
- Assist in dispatching guests to their assigned hotel due to flight disruption.
- Process Customs release, for international unclaimed baggage of guests.
- Ensures availability of forms needed at the arrival area as required by the Carrier.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years college or vocational-related national related courses
