Responsibilities

  • Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct property tours and present properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client needs
  • Negotiate property sales and lease agreements, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present detailed sales and leasing proposals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values and industry developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients throughout the transaction process
  • Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business. Real Estate, Marketing, or a related disci[line
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales of property consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property  management practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Tagalog
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client’s and priorities
  • Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently and adapts to changing situation’s;
