You will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and functionality of all the facilities.
- Previous experience in maintenance and or other related field
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building infrastructure
- Repair or replace faulty equipment or component
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting issues to the Facilities Manager
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Report Issues and recommend solutions
- Assist housekeeping staff with public area and room cleanliness when needed.
