Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, test, shortlist and endorse candidates.
- Maintain an active file of Curriculum Vitae for future reference.
- Coordinate with different manpower agencies for contractual employee requirements.
- Coordinate with schools and universities for latest list of graduates for employment possibilities.
- Ensure proper monitoring of contracts for all employees.
- Ensure completion of employment requirements and contracts and create 201 file.
- Conduct on-boarding process of all new hires including but not limited to completion of on-boarding checklist, preparation of ID, opening of payroll account, among others.
Performance Management
- Maintain an updated Job Description for all employees.
- Provide guidance in the interpretation and conduct of the Performance Management System.
- Facilitate performance appraisals for employees and facilitate required resources to improve performance as indicated in the PA forms.
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Administer benefit package for all levels in the organization.
- Effect necessary changes in compensation and status due to merit increases/salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, performance bonuses, etc, and ensure proper documentation of such.
- Maintain an updated leave balance of all employees.
- Remit and report government mandated contributions
- Administer government mandated benefits.
- Maintain and update employees’ demographics.
Payroll and Timekeeping
- Process timekeeping.
- Prepare payroll payroll instructions ( new hires, inclusions and deductions, etc)
- Prepare payroll reports (journal vouchers, letter of instruction, etc.)
Employee Relations
- Coordinate company events (Christmas party, teambuilding, etc)
- Assist in implementation and creation of company rules and regulations to ensure employee discipline and maximum productivity
- Issues notice and memoranda for announcements
- Prepare certificate of employment upon request and answer queries on employment verification
- Keep the company up-to-date with the latest proclamations, government issuances or NCR’s wage orders
- Conduct Exit Interview with the outgoing employees
- Process clearance, issue quit claim and release last pay and of separated employees
Qualifications:
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Sociology and other related courses.
- At least 5 years’ related experience
- Experience in high volume, customer service environment.
