Manila Synergy Sessions Uptown Bonifacio, 9th Ave Corner 36th Street, Uptown Bonifacio, 1634 Taguig
Come and #FreeYourFlow on 18 May 2019 at the Uptown Parade, Uptown Bonifacio in BGC, and jam with the Flow Arts Philippines and Djembe (drummers journey) Philippines communities for a night of music, lights, fire dancing and drumming! Bring your toys, drums, yoga mats, banigs and join in the free poi, hoop, juggling, djembe, workshops. There will be merchants selling hand-made jewellery, clothing, novelty items and flow props. Participate in the sunset fire and drum circle, witness live fire dancing performances, video film screenings, bands and DJ!

– 3:30-5:30pm – Workshops skills sharing (poi/hoop/staff/leviwand/diabolo/juggling)
– 5:30-7pm – Sunset Jam (open fire & drum circle)
– 7-7:30pm – Video screenings
– 7:30-8pm – Drum workshop (Dyandi Percussion- Djembe Philippines)
– 8-8:30pm – Fire jam to drum circle
– 8:30-9:30pm – Flow art performances
– 9:30-10pm – Anima Tierra (world music band)
– 10pm onwards – Fire jam to DJ
