Music and Surf Festival at a world-famous surf town in Catanduanes.  Island Coast will kick-start the summer season as a new surf and music festival, with a national surfing competition.

The festival brings together the biggest names in Philippine surfing and a beach party headlined by Brix Tan and DJ Therese.
