Acquisition: Expand Affluent Segment client base by acquiring quality HNW accounts

  • Prepare and present sales acquisition plan according to the assigned segment focus[JLD1]
  • Gain knowledge and keep updated on all products, services, programs, and promos relevant to the Segment and be able to match these with client requirements
  • Understand how the current events in the market and economy is relevant to clients’ needs and integrate into acquisition tactics consistent with the Preferred Segment’s mission/vision and strategy.
  • Use appropriate acquisition tools that are relevant to the client’s situation and environment
  • Manage client requirements and concerns from acquisition to turnover
  • Acquire affluent clients and reach the monthly/quarterly/annual target based on the committed year-end targets
  • Assist and transition clients in a timely manner to appropriate groups for relationship management


Partnership and Activation: Identify and connect with key organizations that cover Affluent Segment target market

  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant key clubs, associations, and networks according to the assigned segment focus
  • Attend functions and events and create opportunities to promote BPI Preferred
  • Mount events and activations as an avenue to generate warm leads


Administrative Function: Create necessary documentation and reports to track and monitor progress, financials, and other relevant metrics.


  • College or MBA graduate
  • Preferred Courses: Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing
  • Work Experience of a least 3-5 years in retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers, including the management of thereof. Ideally from industries such as financial products/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in the areas of traditional/digital marketing, sales, branch banking or business development
  • Knowledgeable in B2B acquisition
  • Tech-literate
  • Exposure to Analytics, Market Research, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty
  • Self-starter, creative and analytical
  • Highly interested in people and customer behavior
  • Deals well w/ ambiguity and complex processes; can work in an ambiguous environment
  • Articulate; able to deal with all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication skills, articulate and flexible
