Gentle stretches, anyone?
Join me in a short and sweet chair yoga session. Yes, it’s on a chair, and we will do yoga poses that any body and anybody can do.
Bring a sturdy chair (no wheels, no arm rest), open mind, and we will stretch, bend, twist for 30 minutes.
No mat required. (But you can progress to one after.)
