The scent and sound healing session is designed to break through blocks and charge your energy fields using the sound vibrations of the gong and essential oils of pure plant and flower essences.
You will learn how to use them in your daily self-care practice.
Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl.
Early bird rate is P800 until September 2 and regular rate is P950. Walk-in rate is P1,000.
Contraindications are for women who are in their first and final trimester of pregnancy, children under the age of 7 and those who are suffering from serious mental health problems.
