Long deep breathing or yogic breath is a technique that relaxes and calms, bringing the brain to a new level of alertness, greater energy and regulates the body’s acid-alkaline balance, which affects the ability to handle stressful situations.
Learn how to use your breath and get acquainted with the basic techniques to effect and manage different energy states of health, consciousness and emotion.
This workshop is for those, yogis and non-yogis, who want to develop the capacity to become steady, calm and focused in any situation.
Wear light, comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat, an eye covering and a light shawl.
