SAFETY OFFICER/FIRST AIDER

Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified First Aider
- Must know how to use and operate a Blood Pressure (BP) Monitor
- Knowledgeable in basic first aid procedures and handling of common workplace illnesses (e.g., headaches, minor injuries, fainting)
- Must have COSH or BOSH certificate
- Familiar with issuing over-the-counter medicines for common ailments
- Must be able to prepare and submit DOLE OSH Monthly Reports (e.g., Monthly Accident Report)
- Must be computer literate and capable of basic report generation
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines
- Maintain and update safety reports and records
- Conduct regular inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Assist in the implementation of safety programs and activities in the workplace
- Participate in risk assessments and workplace safety inspections
- Provide assistance during emergency drills and actual emergencies
