Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate or undergraduate in HRM, tourism or any related course
- At least 3 to 6 months of work experienced in a 3 to 5 star hotel
- Willing to undergo familiarization of hotel standard
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Friendly and respectful when dealing with guest and staff
