• Experience in a BPO company is an advantage.
• Candidates must be flexible and willing to shift their schedules.
• Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
• Assist all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if needed.
• Maintain all employee’s medical records.
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate upon returning to work
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates.
• Schedule and assist with annual medical examinations of all employees.
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month • Conduct Health Seminar for all employees
• Monitor daily health declarations of employees and assist them with issues and concerns related to the prevention of any potential outbreaks.
• Report all health incidents and accidents.
• Attend all Environment, Health, and Safety meetings with customers when needed.
• A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Have an OHNAP certificate.
