About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, deadlines, and documents, while supporting the back-end processes that ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing payroll data for salary processing
  • Coordinate with the finance/banking team to ensure timely salary deposits
  • Track and verify employee account details for accuracy
  • Support reconciliation of payroll amounts vs. bank deposits
  • Maintain confidential payroll records and digital logs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve salary discrepancies or deposit issues
  • Generate and organize payroll summaries, reports, and proof of deposits
  • Follow up on returned or delayed transactions with appropriate departments
  • Ensure proper documentation of all payroll transactions for audit readiness
Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience in admin support, payroll, or finance roles (BPO or shared services preferred)
  • Solid understanding of payroll cycles and salary processing workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and formatting)
  • Comfortable working with financial data and confidential information
  • Ability to coordinate across teams with professionalism and urgency
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Willing to work on a midshift schedule or extended hours during payroll cutoffs, if needed
