The RANGGO App has been many years in the making, starting with an idea, mapping, developing and then beta testing! The MY RANGGO Team are so excited about this App, and what it does.
So, what is the RANGGO App?
One of our Loyalty Deal Partners (we’ll explain Loyalty Deals shortly) describes the RANGGO App as:-
A combination of Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp/TripAdvisor, JobStreet and Group-on for the Hospitality Industry
Which is not a bad way of thinking about it. At its heart RANGGO is a Coalition Loyalty Program … with a lot of additional features.
How it started:
The idea for the RANGGO App started with a drive to create something that could address the differing service standards in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.
There was a realization that customers and guests had a number of platforms where they could leave reviews about a hotel or restaurant – Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp and booking channels – but there wasn’t a platform specifically for reviewing employees.
When customers and guests did mention a member of the team in a review, this provided a sense of pride, an element of competitiveness and also a desire to do more in order to be recognized again. We wanted to give employees a dedicated review channel, where they could personally receive recognition.

In fact, RANGGO = Rank
…… but that was just at the start of our RANGGO App planning, and the ideas for its functions and features just grew and grew.

You can rank your peers and colleagues with 1-5 stars across three areas. And you can invite customers to rank you too!
If you Rank someone on the App you will also receive Reward points. These points can be used to avail of special offers, or resources, you can buy or download.
Your employer, past and present, will be able to rank you and see your ranking too. If you are always getting good Ranks from customers or guests, they will see this.
Businesses can also be ranked and reviewed by customers on the RANGGO App.
